公元前225年，秦国灭掉魏国后，企图以“易地”之名占领安陵国。秦王命人向安陵君传达了“欲以五百里之地易安陵”之意；而不愿献地又惧怕得罪秦王的安陵君，只得派遣唐雎出使秦国。到达秦国后，面对盛气凌人、以“小饵钓大鱼”的秦王，唐雎陈理为据，不卑不亢。碰了“软钉子”的秦王恼羞成怒：“天子之怒，伏尸百万，流血千里。”而怀着寸土不让的爱国护君之心的唐雎毫不畏惧，义正词严；又拔出宝剑，欲与秦王同归于尽。其一身无畏，令秦王惊而退让，安陵之地得以保全。

“核弹老人”魏世杰：直面苦难，为国为家

1964年，毕业于山东大学物理系的魏世杰积极响应国家号召，前往平均海拔3200米、全年高原气候、平均气温零度左右的青海核武器研制基地从事炸药参数测试。工作中，他不畏条件艰苦，奋勇攻坚，更为此隐姓埋名长达26年……而当魏老退休后返回青岛老家时，苦厄接踵而至。面对家中三个“病号”——被诊断为先天性弱智的儿子、身患精神分裂症的女儿和老伴，为父为夫的责任，令年逾古稀的他直面苦难，挺身而出，挑起生活重担。

史秀萍：胆识过人的女禁毒队长

2017年5月19日，甘肃省平凉市公安局崆峒公安分局缉毒队大队长史秀萍获全国特级优秀人民警察荣誉称号。1996年，史秀萍接到任务……扮演一名女老板与亡命毒贩接头，以摸清贩毒团伙的内部情况。史秀萍以智慧与耐心和贩毒团伙周旋了三个多月，最终在同事们的配合下将贩毒团伙端掉。事实上，要成为一名出色的缉毒民警，在面对毒贩时不仅要斗智，更需要斗勇。一次抓捕现场，贩毒头目见跟班们被埋伏在旁的缉毒警先后擒住而企图挣扎逃离时，史秀萍果断驾车追向贩毒头目的车辆，将对方车辆逼停，并与走投无路的毒贩头目进行了一番搏斗，与随后闻讯赶来的其他缉毒警一起将其捉拿归案。

无论是为人处世，还是开创事业、博取功名，勇气与谋略可谓相辅相成，缺一不可。纵观古今，因有勇无谋、鲁莽冒失而自食其果者，不在少数。从天生神力却不知任用贤能以致垓下被困的项羽，到作战骁勇却缺乏政治谋略，最终身败名裂的吕布，再到英勇善战，却识人不清、轻信敌首而惨遭凌迟的石达开，皆是教训深刻的前车之鉴，今人自当引以为戒。

心怀勇气，浅笑安然

勇气不是内心恐惧的缺失，而是一个人无论面对怎样的处境，都能以平和、坦然的方式去应对。相比于匹夫之勇，它更是一种对自己、对生命负责的大无畏。只有心怀勇气者，才能于人生的风口浪尖，看风起云涌，浅笑安然。

毕淑敏曾说：“我不相信掌纹能带给我什么，但我相信十指握成拳的力量，它能带领我创造一个新的世界。”其中“十指握成拳的力量”便是内心澎湃的勇气。

且看辜鸿铭——印度圣雄甘地口中“最尊贵的中国人”。当新式学潮席卷全国，“全中国最后一条男式发辫就在辜鸿铭头上”的戏谑随之传开。那时的辜鸿铭，着实受尽了冷嘲热讽。面对两个年轻人用英文写下的侮辱性挑衅，他心怀勇气和骄傲，在纸片上用拉丁文做出回复并附之以英文注解：“如果你们看不懂上面是什么，请来北京大学请教辜鸿铭教授。”可见，对旧文学的情有独钟和对新文学的融会贯通而生出的勇气，让辜鸿铭更加自尊、自信地应对嘲讽与指点，亦令对手心悦诚服。

一个人拥有勇气，才能不自欺，才能承受他人的目光；一个民族，一个国家拥有勇气，才能昂首阔步，屹立于世界民族之林。有了勇气，才能“千磨万击还坚劲，任尔东西南北风”，百折不挠朝着国家富强、民族振兴的目标迈进。很难想象，一个没有勇气、自卑自贬、自我矮化的民族，能昂首于世界民族之林。而在当前，我国改革进入攻坚期和深水区，面临着可以预见和难以预见的各种风险和挑战。在风险和挑战面前，国人只有始终心怀“乱云飞渡仍从容”的勇气，才能坚定不移地走在康庄大道之上。所以，面对贸易战，我们要有勇气出手回击；面对未来，我们要有勇气构建人类命运共同体……

当然，真正的勇者敢于正视自身不足，勇于自我更新，从而不断自我完善，实现自我提升。事实上，当我们在改革开放、发展经济一路高歌猛进之时，被忽略的环境问题正日趋凸显。对此，在2005年，国家提出了“绿水青山也是金山银山”的口号，勇敢地正视了环境问题。

一个人要拥有勇气，一个民族，一个国家也需要拥有勇气。走好新一代的长征路，我们需要携勇气上路。心怀勇气，浅笑安然。
