当你听到“死亡”这个词的时候,想到的是什么呢?是有一股来自内心深入的莫名恐惧?还是对此讳莫如深,不愿提及呢?记得当年上风险管理课程的时候,老师经常挂于嘴边的一句话就是“风险无处不在,就像税收和死亡一样无法避免。”。虽然讲的是风险,但也从侧面印证了“死亡”这个话题在人类社会中的沉重性,或者说在中国社会中的沉重性。

可是,逃避却改变不了每个人都会经历死亡的事实,与其遮遮掩掩,倒不如坦然面对。曾经看过一本阴阳五行类的书,里面从精气神的角度描绘了人的一生。有趣的是,在这个理论里面,死只是人生生理上的终点,物理上的终点是空亡,代表着精气神的彻底消失,人从无到有再到无的一个过程。

因此,死亡更多的是人生生存状态的终结,是一个十分正常的自然现象,与其担忧害怕不如坦然面对。正常的生老病死或者意外亡故,往往除了给周遭的人带来痛苦之外,还会给亲人带来一地鸡毛的麻烦或者纷争。如果你能坦然面对死亡并且不愿意留给家人一地鸡毛的麻烦和纠纷的话,不妨花时间认真规划下自己的身后事吧!

在我看来,生前立好遗嘱是解决纠纷的一种很好的方式,毕竟谁也不知道明天和意外哪一个会先来。在不是意外亡故的情况下,感觉自己大限将至的时候,一一向怀念的人告个别,或当面,或视频,或语音,也不枉此生一番相识。要是自己想送自己最后一程,还可以提前谋划好自己想要的葬礼,写好在遗嘱里面。

死亡是一种十分常见的自然现象,是人生的终点,更是生物对于地球装饰使命的结束。愿你我到死之时,可以无憾而终!
