13 Typical British Colloquialisms
#1 innit?
是的,你没有看错,就是这样写的。
innit 相当于 "isn't it?",“是不是?”
举例:It's delicious, innit?
#2 That's lovely.
这句是"That's great"的英国版。
举例:
- The job is going well.
- That's lovely.
#3 Mind you
Mind you的意思等同于我们常用的"but"。
举例:The city is great. Mind you, the weather isn't.
#4 I'm knackered
I'm knackered ['nækə(r)d] 的意思等同于"I'm exhausted"。
举例:Today I'm just knackered. 今天我累惨了。
#5 Bloody hell
Bloody hell 相当于 "My God"。
